Welcome

My name is Jenna, and I’m glad you’re here. I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting — often it’s the hardest step. My role is to meet you where you are, with care, respect, and curiosity, and to walk alongside you as you navigate your own unique journey.

I believe that each client is the expert in their own life. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but about understanding the experiences, events, and patterns that have shaped your current challenges. Together, we explore how these experiences may have influenced behaviours, relationships, and your sense of self — and how meaningful change can begin.

I offer individual counselling for adults seeking support with trauma, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on helping you build insight, resilience, and a solid foundation for change. I believe that a problem does not define who you are; instead, therapy is about discovering how to support you in overcoming challenges through your own values, strengths, and perspective.

I also work with couples who are navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, trust issues, or periods of transition. Every relationship is unique, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard, respected, and validated. Together, we explore underlying patterns and relational dynamics, strengthen communication, and work toward meaningful and lasting change — at a pace that feels right for you.

A Special Focus: First Responders & Farmers

I hold a deep respect for first responders and farmers, shaped by my own lived experience as a frontline worker and by growing up on a farm. I understand the sacrifices, pressures, and responsibilities that come with these roles — and how they can impact mental health, relationships, and family life. It is an honour to support those who give so much to their communities and society.

My Approach

I approach each session with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I use a problem-solving and integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities while recognizing that one size does not fit all. Sessions are tailored to your needs, with the intention of creating space for learning, growth, self-compassion, and healing.

I am committed to ongoing professional and personal growth, continually expanding my knowledge through training, research, and reflective practice to ensure the care I provide is thoughtful, current, and effective.
